Return Policy

It is important to us that customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase due to a manufacturing or shipping-related defect, we will accept returns for the merchandise within 7 days of receipt. All goods must have original Jen & Co. tags attached and in its original packaging unused. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted if merchandise has been used.

Return approval needs to be given by our office before returning. Please email pictures of the defective merchandise to cs@jencohandbag.com. This is required in order to assess the problem to determine the most satisfactory return or replacement solution. Non-defective merchandise returns will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise to Jen & Co.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days via Ground service unless 2-day shipping is selected at checkout. Ship time depends on location. If you qualify for free shipping but need rush shipping, please leave a note in your order or contact us immediately. You will be subject to additional shipping costs. If you wish to ship outside the U.S., please call us to place an order.
